Using Triage
This guide covers how to get started with Triage, including signing up, understanding the account structure, and how organizations are managed.
Signing Up
To get started with Triage:
- Visit the Triage homepage and click Sign Up
- Sign up using your Google or Microsoft work account
- You'll be automatically added to your organization's Triage account based on your email domain
Account Structure
Triage uses a flat structure to organize accounts, users and resources:
Accounts
An Account represents your organization in Triage. Each account has:
- A unique identifier
- A shared pool of Knowledge Sources, Knowledge Bases, and Agents
- User viewing and management
Users
Users are individual team members within an account. Each user has:
- Their own login credentials (via Google or Microsoft SSO)
- Access to all resources within their account
- The ability to create and manage Knowledge Sources, Knowledge Bases, and Agents
Organization Mapping
Triage automatically groups users from the same organization into a shared account based on their email domain.
