Overview
Integrate Triage with Claude to search across your institutional knowledge directly from Claude's interface. Ask questions about technical issues, get suggested resolution steps, and reference source articles from your internal systems.
Prerequisites
- Claude account with admin permissions to create connectors
- Triage account with admin permissions to create knowledge bases
- At least one connected and synced knowledge source in Triage
Instructions in Claude
- Open Admin Settings in your Claude account
- Go to Connectors and click Add Custom Connector
- Enter the MCP URL (you'll obtain this from Triage in the next section)
- After adding the connector, go to Personal Settings
- Locate the MCP server you added and click Connect
- Complete the authentication flow
Instructions in Triage
- Log in to your Triage dashboard
- Navigate to Knowledge Sources and confirm your sources are connected and live
- Go to Knowledge Bases and create a new knowledge base linked to your relevant sources
- Once creation completes, click the MCP button on your knowledge base
- Open the OAuth tab and copy the MCP URL
- Paste this URL into Claude's connector setup
